A Principal-Led Practice
Andrew Elkhoury leads every engagement. He is responsible for the analysis, advice, drafting, negotiation, and strategy, and works directly with executives, in-house counsel, procurement teams, project leaders, engineers, and other decision-makers.
The firm accepts a focused group of engagements so that responsibility remains with the lawyer retained to lead the work. When a matter requires additional scale or specialized expertise, the firm coordinates with in-house teams, local counsel, technical consultants, and other outside lawyers as necessary.
About Andrew
Andrew moved to Houston right out of law school. He spent a decade practicing law at two of the largest law firms in the world (Norton Rose Fulbright and Mayer Brown) developing a reputation for pragmatic, efficient, and no-nonsense counsel. He started his own firm to deliver big‑firm‑caliber counsel through a focused, responsive practice built around a select group of serious clients.
When he is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and dog. He is a semi-professional music producer and musician as well. You can check out his work on Spotify.
